Ridhi Dogra to kickstart Nakusha and Dutta love story

Ridhi Dogra, who was last seen in COLORS’ Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg will now enter Laagi Tujhse Lagan as Dutta Patil’s girl friend.

The ratings of Laagi Tujhse Lagan have gone up to an average of 3.6 after the introduction of the male lead Dutta Patil (Mishal Raheja). The story will see much more drama with the introduction of Supriya, Dutta’s girl friend.

According to our source, “The girl Supriya, to be played by Ridhi Dogra will be a catalyst in one way or the other, to the love story forming between Dutta and Nakusha (Mahhi Vij). Supriya is a docile, timid and shy girl who enters the Dutta household. Talks about their marriage will be on, but the girl will be bit scared and apprehensive on seeing Dutta’s powerful persona. But her family will give in and move ahead with preparations for marriage. There are lot many twists expected, but apparently the marriage will not take place”.

“In between all the drama that takes place, Dutta will gradually fall in love with Nakusha, and will propose to her”, informs our source.

When contacted, Ridhi Dogra confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I play a very important role in the budding love story of Dutta and Nakusha. Lot of things will open up, but I cannot give out the major details”.

It is heard that Ridhi’s role will be a very small cameo which will last for 3-4 episodes. Ridhi who got into the limelight with REAL TV’s Hindi Hai Hum has started shooting for the show, and her entry is expected either this Friday or coming Monday.
